Shipping policy

Orders ship from Woodstock, Georgia within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio.

We currently ship throughout North America. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier availability.

Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Starshine is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
