No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at starshine@bystarshine.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a partial refund or discount, depending on the situation.

Items reported after 7 days or without photo documentation may not be eligible for replacement.

Other Order Issues

If something feels off with your order but it isn’t damaged, reach out. We handle these on a case‑by‑case basis and may offer a discount or partial credit when appropriate.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because we do not accept returns, the following items are always final sale:

  • Custom or made‑to‑order items

  • Sale items
